| | "Get ready for Gridlock": 06 Election Results Commentary
As a Christian I'm
disappointed in the election results as many conservative Christians I assume must feel the same way.
However, the Libertarian fiscally conservative side of me sees a good side to these election results and that is gridlock.
How can that be you say? Well I'm sure Democrats will be pushing their agenda and President Bush will veto it. Even though Democrats have
taken control, they won't have enough votes to override President's veto power thus causing gridlock.Gridlock means no new spending which is great if your fiscally conservative.
The states that had same-sex marriage bans did ban it, so all in all, Christian conservatives and
fiscally responsible conservatives didn't lose too much.
